HGV Class 1 Driver

Talstaff Recruitment are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for various different shift patterns on behalf of well established client based in South Kirby . AM or PM shifts available. Flexible shift patterns.

HGV / Class 1 / C+E Drivers urgently required for ongoing work for our client based in South Kirby.

You will be required to:

• Make on time deliveries to various nationwide locations, store, depots and RDC's.
• Start times between 02:00 - 11:00 starts. or 12:00 - 22:00 Start times to suit you.
• Glass work and general haulage
• Delivering to Distribution centres, breweries or food manufacturers
• Curtain siders
• Have knowledge of driver hours/regulations.
• Hold a valid C+E UK driving licence.
• Hold a valid UK DCPC and valid UK digicard.
• Work in a professional manner.
• Be prepared to undertake site inductions and training.
• Have excellent geographical knowledge.
• Be able to follow company procedures and keep various people informed of progress or delays.

In return:

• Mon - Fri - £16.81ph - £19.05 including holiday pay
• Weekends - £23.53ph including holiday pay
• Weekly pay.
• Full uniform provided after qualifying period.
• Regular ongoing work.

You must have held a valid UK HGV Class 1 licence, have no more than 6 penalty points and have no CD, DD, TT, IN or DR codes.
