Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Reactive: Mon-Thurs, 5am - 15:00pm
- Week 2: Planned: Tues-Fri, 6am - 16:00pm
- Week 3: Reactive: Mon-Thurs, 14:00pm - 00:00am
- Week 4: Planned: Tues-Fri, 6am - 16:00pm
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in minimising downtime and keeping production running smoothly.
- Diagnose and repair automated production & packaging equipment
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans
- Lead equipment installations & support operational improvements
- Mentor apprentices & operators, sharing your technical knowledge
- Collaborate with management on cost-effective solutions
- Champion safety and reliability across the site
What We're Looking For:
- Apprentice trained Mechanical or Electrical Engineers
- Electrical qualifications such as 18th wiring edition are beneficial.
- Manufacturing Experience
