Our reputable client in is seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a days-only, 4on/4off shift role, offering excellent work-life balance and career progression.
Key Responsibilities for the Multi Skilled Engineer:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on production equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
- Work closely with production teams to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
Requirements of the Multi Skilled Engineer:
- Qualified in Engineering
- Multi-skilled with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Experience working in a fast-moving manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
