We’re seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join a growing team. Whether you’re freshly trained or looking for a new challenge, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a forward-thinking business.
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Fitter:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Support general factory upkeep and ensure machinery is operating efficiently.
- Assist with equipment installations and factory upgrades as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical faults.
- Adhere to all health & safety and operational procedures.
Successful Maintenance Fitter will be:
- Qualified to a Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (NVQ | BTEC | HNC | ONC)
- Understaning of mechanical maintenance principles
- You're eager to learn with a proactive hands-on approach
