Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Reception-aged children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of students.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love for learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with Reception-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
