We are recruiting for our client based in South Kirkby for a experienced Site Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temp - permanent basis.
The Candidate would perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. Performs routine and extensive maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
Skills
• Previous Site Maintenance Experience
• To action both planned and reactive maintenance issues and priorities in terms of urgency.
• Ideally have building maintenance skills; joinery, plumbing, plastering skills, decorating and painting abilities.
• Ensure accurate and legible maintenance schedules are kept
• Experience in Maintenance or Building services required.
• Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Effectively managing repair schedules and resolving issues
• Providing plumbing works, joinery, painting, and decorating services
• Testing and inspecting equipment as required
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and company policies
• Adhoc Duties
Salary
£15 Per Hour
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday 06.30-16.30
