Description

  • Assisting with financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
  • Providing support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
  • Ensuring financial transactions are recorded and entered into the accounting system accurately.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Participating in financial audits and working with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • AAT Qualification or studying towards.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
