This role supports the day-to-day operation of the finance function of the company and provides support to the Assistant Management Accountant and Financial Controller.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Invoice processing
Processing expenses and credit card expenses
Maintaining the company ledgers and assisting in reconciliations
Raising Sales invoices and credit control
Ensure consistent and accurate record keeping is maintained at all times
Support in month end procedures
Ad hoc administration duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work within a fast paced busy environment
Use your own initiative to develop and grow in the team
Have a proactive outlook to work
