Description
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Recording all financial transactions and ensuring they are accurately entered into the company's accounting system
- Supporting the department with audits and financial year-end processes
- Helping in the management of accounts payable and receivable
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborating with other departments to address financial queries and provide advice
- Credit card reconciliations
Profile
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role (ideally within a purchase ledger role)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
