- Provide tailored support to pupils, fostering both academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized education plans.
- Employ strategies to help pupils manage and regulate their emotions and behaviours.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Familiarity with Team Teach or similar behaviour management approaches is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
