- Encouraging independence and self-belief in every pupil.
What Do You Need?
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with SEMH or ASD.
- Team Teach training is a bonus but not essential.
- A positive attitude, patience, and resilience.
