Head of Marketing – Luxury Hotel & Spa
Location: Northumberland
Salary: £40,000 + £500 weekly bonus
Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for luxury hospitality? We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead branding, content creation, and digital presence for a prestigious five-star country hotel, spa and golf estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branding across social media, website, and in-house app.
- Develop engaging content in collaboration with the sales and events teams.
- Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to ensure accurate representation.
- Monitor website traffic, Google Ads, and social media performance.
- Coordinate press visits, PR campaigns, and brand consultancy efforts.
- Respond to online reviews and maintain a strong digital reputation.
- Work closely with the board and owners, presenting marketing strategies and performance insights.
- Provide ongoing team training to enhance digital engagement and app usage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing within luxury hospitality (ideally)
- Skills: Strong digital marketing, brand management, and sales growth expertise.
