A progressive, forward thinking company in the middle of expansion are looking for an experienced Panel Wireman to lead their new location and significant contract wins.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Panel Wireman to assemble, wire, and install control panels for our building management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical wiring and panel assembly, with a keen eye for accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build up and wire control panels for control systems. These systems will include components such as MCB’s/fuses, contactors and overloads, relays, terminals, trunking and wiring.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Recognise if electrical components are/are not sized correctly to meet electrical loadings detailed on wiring schematics.
  • Ensure all wiring and installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.

Panel Wireman Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Wireman.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, panel assembly, and control systems.
  • Bespoke wireman experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Understanding of safety standards and regulations related to electrical work.
