Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join a thriving organisation. Reporting to the FactoryManager, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating production schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of electrical panel and cut-out assemblies. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and regularly update production schedules to accurately track the progress of electrical panel and cut-out assembly projects.
  • Calculate and estimate labour requirements for project completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to share production updates and communicate any schedule changes.
  • Utilise mathematical and statistical knowledge to support production planning and decision-making.
  • Leverage enterprise resource planning tools or software
  • Prepare and organise production job packs and print labels as needed.
