The Production Planning Administrator will assist the Production Manager. The role will be predominantly administration with some tasks taken place within the factory.
The Production Planning Administrator will receive a salary between 24,000 - 27,000 DOE.
20 days holiday plus statuary holidays, Company pension 5% is paid by the employee and 3% by the employer. Hours of work, Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5pm, Friday 8.30 - 4pm The role is primarily Office based.
Responsibilities
*Managing and updating a production schedule.
*Estimating and calculating the labour time necessary for the completion of the project.
*Communicating with other departments regarding production schedules and any changes.
*Applying their knowledge of maths and statistics.
*Using computer technology relating to enterprise resource planning or (url removed) would be advantageous.
*Preparing production job packs and printing labels.
Skills required
*Previous experience in managing a Production schedule.
*Previous Analytical and logical skills.
*Business management abilities.
*Strong budgeting skills and commercial awareness.
