About the role

You will join a small and well-established team in this friendly yet dynamic company. The successful candidate will be hardworking, reliable and forward thinking and will work alongside the Operations Support Officer and HR Officer, assisting to develop and maintain efficient systems, processes and records.

You will be expected to.

  • Provide efficient administrative support relating to the recruitment, appointment, training and management of the care teams
  • Provide administrative support to the independent Case Managers
  • Assist the Marketing and Events Officer
  • Assisting with care team expenses and timesheets to be submitted to our external Payroll Provider each month
  • Provide administration that ensures the smooth running of the office environment

The person we are looking for..

  • Has 2 A Levels or GNVQ Advanced or NVQ Level 3
  • Has 2 years + experience working in an administrative role
  • Is organised and detail oriented with strong administrative skills
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Is proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude
  • Is a confident Microsoft Office user with a general aptitude for IT
