Based in South Wales, this company are among the fastest growing manufacturers in the UK and have been consistent in their success since the start. Having won multiple awards and achieved international recognition for their unique and innovative products they have recently seen an exciting period of growth. They are introducing a brand new, state of the art production line and are looking to bring in an additional Manufacturing Technician to help them get it up and running.

In this role you will be responsible for driving production, quality, continuous improvement and safety on a busy production line. You will oversee Production Operatives to support the Manufacturing Manager with ensuring production targets are met. The role will be Monday - Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm, however there is a need for flexibility around shift patterns as these may need to change depending on business needs.

This is the ideal role for an experienced Production Operative looking for a role with a growing manufacturer.

THE ROLE:
*Supporting the Manufacturing Manager to ensure production targets are met
*Helping to drive continuous improvements, health and safety, and quality
*Flexible shift pattern depending on company needs - currently Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 16:30

THE PERSON:
*Manufacturing or Production background
*Experience of continuous improvements, Lean, 5S, or Kaizen
*Background leading other Operators
