As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Handle a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
• Provide exceptional client care, building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Work independently while contributing to the collaborative success of the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
