Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young learners in a variety of educational settings?Hoop Education is seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to provide ALN support in schools across RCT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a range of educational environments, helping children reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to children with ALN in primary schools, secondary schools, and nursery provisions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement learning plans.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote social skills development.
  • Support individual or small group interventions as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Flexibility to work in different schools or nurseries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in ALN support (desirable but not essential).
