- Provide tailored support to children with ALN in primary schools, secondary schools, and nursery provisions.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement learning plans.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote social skills development.
- Support individual or small group interventions as required.
- Previous experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Flexibility to work in different schools or nurseries.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in ALN support (desirable but not essential).
