We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join a busy team in a well-established client based in Pontyclun.

Our client is a well known beauty manufacturer, they are looking to add new members of staff to their team. This role requires a high level of attention, accuracy and a previous working history in manufacturing.

Contract: This is a temporary on-going position which could lead to permanent for the right candidates.

Salary: £13.73- £15.25 per hour 

Shifts: 37 hours a week

Mornings and Afternoons- must be able to rotate Monday to Thursday 6am - 1.30pm and Friday 6am to 1.20pm

Monday to Thursday 1.30pm - 9.30pm and Friday 1.20pm to 6.30pm.

About You:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with good team working skills and a 'can do’ attitude. You will be able to follow instructions effectively and work on your own initiative with good communication skills.

The ideal candidate must be:

Reliable

Punctual

Work in a team and on your own

Your duties will include but not be subjected to:

Liaise with Team leader / Production Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure that production targets are met and performance complies with company quality, environmental and safety policies

Lead safety by personal example

Raise housekeeping standards to departmental standards

Working in a fast paced environment

Successful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
