The manufacturing company in Llantrisant is seeking Production Operatives with previous experience in a similar role.
Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to operate machinery safely.
The position offers a pay rate ranging from £11.55 to £14.67 per hour, with shifts available during the day and night.
Applicants are expected to have prior production or manufacturing experience, and a Forklift Truck (FLT) license is preferred but not mandatory.
The role requires compliance with health and safety standards and effective communication within a team.

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a manufacturing company based in the Llantrisant.

This role requires a high level of attention, accuracy and a previous working history in this role is desirable.

Start Date: ASAP

Shifts: Days Monday to Thursday 6am-6pm

Nights Monday to Wednesday 6pm - 6pm

Pay rate:£11.55 - £14.67

Responsibilities and Activities:

Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
To carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment when required.
Fault find and report any defects or problems
Contributing to daily targets
To carry out all quality control checks as required.
To ensure the production area is kept in a clean operative state.
To provide cover in other areas of production when required.
Ensure that the Health & Safety requirements of the Company are met at all times.
Identifying any potential safety issues.
Any other duties that may be required.

Person Specification:

Good team worker
Pro-active
Good communication skills
Pervious Production or Manufacturing expereince
FLT licence but not needed

General Duties:

To understand and ensure the Health and Safety requirements of the Company are met at all times and reporting any potential safety issues to the relevant personnel.
To ensure that all activities are operated in accordance with Equal Opportunities legislation, and Best Practice.
