Description
- Drive financial planning processes and provide insightful analysis of business performance.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure efficient budget management and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and present monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reductions.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements in the Life Science industry.
- Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the wider Accounting & Finance team.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Strong knowledge of the Life Science industry and its financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
- Experience within manufacturing
- Knowledge of costing
