Commercial Team Leader
£50,000 per annum Incentives
Llantrisant, Wales Office-based: 4 days a week (flexible hours possible)

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who aspires to a leadership role. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 corporate account managers with some part-time staff included and providing the necessary guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. You will be the main escalation point for complex issues and will work closely with the Managing Director to manage the performance and development of your team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s and annual performance reviews
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
- Providing technical support and overseeing data integrity in broking platforms
- Allocating workloads efficiently to maintain standards
- Supporting colleagues in broking and nurturing relationships with insurers
Role Requirements:
- Previous team leadership experience in the corporate insurance sector would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong technical background or proven ability to influence and lead others
- Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, ACII)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Eligible to work in the UK
