Role Overview

As a Client Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisers, ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business, manage valuations and projections, and maintain accurate records in the back-office system.
  • Handle client and provider communications, including answering calls, preparing suitability documents, and following up on outstanding remuneration.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, managing post and prioritizing tasks for assigned clients.
  • Prepare meeting packs and documentation for client meetings within designated timelines.
