Sonic Summary

The job is a permanent position with a salary range of £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience.
The role involves planning production to ensure timely delivery of finished goods, analyzing customer orders, and creating production plans.
Candidates should have significant experience in a similar role, particularly within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
A good standard of education, including GCSEs in Mathematics and English, is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Fluency in English and experience with MRP systems and supply chain understanding are also essential.

To effectively plan production in order to ensure On Time In Full delivery of finished goods to customers.
Receipt and analysis of customer orders and forecasts for existing products and launch products;
Creation of a realistic and fluid production plan taking into account business constraints;
Communication of Finished Goods stock and production information to customers;
Monitoring and measurement of On Time In Full results to ensure agreed objectives are met;
Completion of daily and monthly reporting.

What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:

Experience within a similar role.
Good standard of general education; G.C.S.E. Mathematics and English, grades A*-C (or equivalent);
Significant experience working in a FMCG environment;
Understanding of supply chain and associated lead times;
Experience of liaising in-house and externally with people at all levels.
Experience of working with MRP;
High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular MS Excel;
Fluency in English.
