Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support a busy and well-established business based in Pontyclun. This is a temporary, full-time position ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. If you're organised, proactive, and confident handling a variety of admin tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with professionalism and care
- Taking and processing customer orders accurately
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Managing email correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting general office administration including filing and data entry
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support where needed
Hours of work:9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
