Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support a busy and well-established business based in Pontyclun. This is a temporary, full-time position ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. If you're organised, proactive, and confident handling a variety of admin tasks, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with professionalism and care
  • Taking and processing customer orders accurately
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Managing email correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting general office administration including filing and data entry
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support where needed

Hours of work:9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
