Môrwell Talent Solutions is excited to be recruiting for one of itsfantastic clients based in Pontyclun. This role has opened up due to a surge in workload, driven by our client’s ongoing success and growth. Join a close-knit, friendly office where you are able to assist in the smooth day to day running of the office.

Main Responsibilities of the role will include the below -

The job will include a wide range of duties, including but not limited to the following:

  • Responsibility for Company Vehicles
  • Maintain Vehicle records, organise MOT’s, repairs and servicing.
  • Monitor tracking information on company vehicles.
  • Collate all spend on individual vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicle Insurance is kept up to date and adequate.
  • Collate documents in line with Compliance.
  • Healthcare Administration for the company.
  • Maintain staff training records, organise training and refresher courses when licences and cards expire.
  • Actively, contribute to a professional and well-organised office to support the smooth running of the business.
  • Booking accommodation and ensuring best rates.
  • Ensure stationery, kitchen supplies and workwear maintained and ordered.
  • Company Insurance certificates in date and filed / displayed as appropriate.
  • Maintain a key register, ensure all office keys are accounted for and all appropriate staff have a set of keys.
  • Greeting visitors, answering the telephone and dealing with incoming deliveries.
  • Provide support to engineers (printing, laminating, posting etc).

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, with an early finish on a Friday at 4 pm
