Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

Yolk is excited to support this recruitment campaign for a dynamic Production Supervisor role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing manufacturer and bottler, where you'll be responsible for supervising the bottling hall operations. If you have strong leadership skills, experience in food manufacturing, and a passion for the production process, this could be the perfect next step for your career!

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Supervising the production team, organising labour to meet daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Managing relationships with agency labour providers, ensuring lab or is provided according to production plans.
  • Liaising with departments like Blending, Warehouse, and Planning to ensure materials are available for production on time.
  • Maintaining accurate production records, including output, downtime, and stock movements, and reconciling stock at the end of each work order.
  • Performing quality checks, machine changeovers, basic fault finding, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

  • Experience in food manufacturing, with formal food safety training (minimum Level 2). HACCP experience is an advantage.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, along with a post-high school qualification in a technical, engineering, or science discipline.
  • Strong technical and engineering skills, with experience in machine setting, changeover, and troubleshooting.
  • Competent in the use of hand tools and an understanding of health and safety when working with automated machinery.
  • Excellent written communication, IT skills (including basic Excel and Word), and the ability to lead team meetings or improvement workshops.
