Robert Half are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a growing Torfaen company. You'll manage daily financial transactions (AP/AR) and lead month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and manage payments.
- Raise sales invoices, monitor customer accounts, and pursue outstanding payments.
- Conduct multi-product financial analysis (profit margins, sales mix).
- Lead month-end reporting, including reconciliations and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance and improve financial reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Accounts Assistant experience (manufacturing ideal).
- Strong AP/AR and month-end process knowledge.
- Proven reconciliation and reporting skills.
- Sage Intacct (or Sage 50) proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Multi-product financial analysis experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
