On their behalf, we are seeking a Head of Sales to lead their continued growth. This pivotal role involves driving the sales strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and building strong customer relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Lead the international sales strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Build & Empower Teams: Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including independent sales reps, to exceed targets and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and eCommerce channels, to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Market Strategy: Create tailored country and account plans to maximise sales potential and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and align business strategies.
  • Lead by Example: Be a visible leader, with regular visits to key accounts and field-based team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, with 5+ years of experience managing successful sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and translate strategy into action.
  • Strong experience with omni-channel sales, including distributors, retailers, and direct-to-consumer/eCommerce.
  • Data-driven decision-making with exceptional negotiation, contract management, and leadership skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • Customer-focused approach for both commercial clients and consumers.
  • A second European language is an advantage.

  • Achieving volume and revenue growth in line with agreed strategy.
  • Improvement in margin and contribution.
