Role Overview
The Aftersales Advisor is responsible for the administration of parts sales orders submitted to EDC. The Aftersales Advisor will engage directly with customers and potential customers in the selling and co-ordination of parts delivery.
An excellent, efficient communicator and approachable personality in handling Customer enquiries.
Key Activities
- Manage the administration and co-ordination of all parts and accessories for your Customer
- Provide accurate administration into our Company software (Epicor)
- Liaise with our Warehouse and distribution teams for the seamless transaction of sales
- Manage parts sales orders in line with the required process
- Keep customers informed of all outstanding sales orders and delivery lead times.
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Proactively identify, support and implement improvements to ways of working in your area
- Demonstrate effective and efficient business behaviours in support of the Company's reputation.
- Maintain customer data securely in compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Always provide a high level of customer service
Hours and Salary
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- From £24,000
Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in French and/or German
- Previous experience in manufacturing or retail automotive
