Warehouse Manager at Meridian Business Support in Pontypool

We are currently looking for an experienced and hands on Warehouse Manager to work in an FMCG environment to join a busy, successful and growing business. Reporting to the Head of Operations you will take full accountability for the management of the day-to-day operations in the warehouse. Responsible for three Warehouse Supervisors and their teams across three shifts. You will ensure the warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently in line the changing demands and needs of the business.Key Skills:

Experience Required:Minimum 3 years warehouse/logistics experienceWorking in a multi-temperature food manufacturing environmentExcellent Health & Safety Knowledge within a warehouse environmentProven leadership skills with a proactive attitudeMeeting strict despatching deadlines on a daily basisWorking with UK Major Multiple Retailers within the UK and AbroadIT Literate with hands on experience of computerised stock management systems (ERP/MRP)Exposure to dealing with complex customer requirements and working with internal teams to proactively forward customer relationshipsBenefits:
