- Electrical scheduling works (booking in jobs with tenants, raising follow on jobs, monitoring electricians’ diaries, raising purchase orders)
- Monitoring of sprinkler servicing (liaising with contractors ensuring they are completed before going out of time, raising follow on works)
- Monitoring tenant satisfaction surveys
- Ad-hoc admin for voids/buy backs (raising jobs, purchase orders)
- Monitoring home adapt email inbox and raising small adaptation referral jobs and adding to spreadsheet.
- Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Knowledge and Experience with providing administrative services to a high standard.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Ability to put the customers’ needs at the centre of service provision and a commitment to problem solving and customer care.
- Social housing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Training on systems will be provided
- Equipment to carry out this role will be provided
