Meridian Business Support is recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Production Operative for our expanding client in the Blaenavon area. If you're ready to take on a key role in their production operations, we want to hear from you!Shift Availability & Pay Rates: Please note that this role involves ad-hoc hours, and while we will do our best to accommodate your preferred shifts, we cannot guarantee set hours each week. This position may not be suitable if you're seeking regular full-time shifts.

Days (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends): 6:30 am - 6:30 pm (£11.97 p/h)
Nights (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends): 6:30 pm - 6:30 am (£13.76 p/h)
Days (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends): 6:30 am - 2:30 pm (£11.59 p/h)
Afternoons (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends): 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm (£12.57 p/h)
Nights (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends): 10:30 pm - 6:30 am (£13.33 p/h)

What We’re Looking For:

Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Understanding of food hygiene practices
Strong communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands

Your Role: As a Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

Packing products into containers
Labelling and palletising
Loading pallets
Counting and tracking inventory
Following company policies and safety procedures
