Job Title: Cost Clerk
Location: Cilfynydd Office, South Wales
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Goods Received Notices (GRNs): Efficiently process GRNs within the Coins system across the DCWW Framework.
- 3-Way Matching: Identify and correct any errors or missing GRNs during the 3-way matching process.
- Communication: Liaise with various teams across the framework to ensure smooth processing and resolution of discrepancies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the water industry or on large infrastructure projects.
- System Knowledge: Proficiency with Coins or similar ERP systems.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing and matching documents.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively correspond with different teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve discrepancies.
