We are working witha leading civil engineering and construction company, who are currently seeking an adaptable and skilled Administrative Assistant to join theirteam.
Position Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our operations. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streetworks Noticing: Managing and issuing streetworks notices.
- Customer Service Calls: Handling customer service inquiries and providing excellent support.
- Utility Drawings Management: Acquiring utility drawings for schemes and assigning them to relevant tasks using Griffiths' workforce app.
- Feedback Input: Inputting feedback onto the client reporting system.
- Administrative Support: Performing other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and use various software applications efficiently.
- Adaptability to handle varied tasks and changing priorities.
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for each of the tasks. The successful candidate will be trained to handle the primary functions and provide resilience during staff absences or spikes in workload.
