Our valued client is seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to lead a transformational total reward project, offering an excellent benefits package, including hybrid working flexibility, enhanced holiday entitlement, and a competitive salary of £55,000.This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s reward strategy, working closely with senior leadership to implement impactful changes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive total reward strategy.
  • Create and implement a career architecture framework, including job sizing, job valuation, and strategic reward management.
  • Analyse complex data and effectively present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Move beyond analytical work to drive strategic implementation and organisational alignment.
To be successful in this role, you will have gained demonstrable experience in total reward, ideally within a complex organisation. You’ll need strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership.
