Excellent opportunity for a Design Engineer with civils, groundworks, highways or drainage experience to join a well established reputable consultancy in a role offering flexibility, training, variety and a generous salary and package.

This reputable company specialise in civil design for the residential sector and are well renowned amongst national housebuilders such as Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes and Barratts. Due their stellar reputation they are in constant demand and have a stable pipeline of work across the majority of the South West and Wales. Now they are looking for a Civil Design Engineer to join their team.

In this role you will be based from the office near Pontypridd working within a team of design engineers of varying experience. You will be predominantly office based but will be encouraged to go to site when necessary. You will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple projects from inception to completion - this is inclusive of drainage, highways and level designs using industry relevant software (Civils 3D/Microdrainage/Site 3D). You will be working closely with the clients, local authorities and various stakeholders where you will liaise and communicate designs. You will also be working within a team inclusive of junior engineers where you will give and receive support.

This role is suited to a design engineer with civils experience across either drainage, highways or level design who is keen to join a reputable company offering a flexible working environment, collaborative team and ability to be hands on.
