Involve Recruitment are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Site Engineer or Trainee Site Engineer/Quality Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional or someone eager to train and grow in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage on-site engineering tasks, including setting out and surveying.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and health & safety standards.
- Handle quality management systems and documentation required by main contractors.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and quality compliance.
Requirements:
- For experienced candidates: Proven background as a Site Engineer, with strong technical and organizational skills.
- For trainees: A keen interest in construction and engineering, with a willingness to learn. College-level education in engineering or construction (or a willingness to enroll) is desirable.
- Familiarity with quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary and package for this role will be experience dependent. There is also the option for freelance or permanent.
