Key Responsibilities:- Conducting property searches, drafting and reviewing contracts, and negotiating terms.- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience:- A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.- Current conveyancing license.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.- Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
