What You'll Be Doing:- Engaging with customers via phone and email to coordinate deliveries.
- Tracking orders and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Customer service experience (face-to-face, phone, or email).
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Length of Contract: Fixed Term for 1 year.
- Salary: £26,000 per year
- Hours: Monday - Friday , fully working onsite in a team.
- Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Christmas closure.
