About our client:

A well-established company in the construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. My client is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office / Accounts Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of the office operations.

Job Responsibilities will include the below -

  • General office administration, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Managing and maintaining company records, filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Preparing and submitting CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) payments.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and employee expenses.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supporting project managers with administrative tasks such as document control and compliance paperwork.
  • Ensuring health and safety documentation is up to date.
  • Performing any other administrative duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry (preferred).
  • A strong background in accounts administration.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CIS (desirable but not essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
