Description
- Oversee and manage payroll procedures within the department.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to all staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with HR and other departments to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
- Handle queries and complaints related to payroll issues.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the payroll team.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.

A successful Assistant Payroll Manager should have:
