Hoop Professional Services & HR is thrilled to partner with a valued Welsh-based client who is seeking an Employee Relations Manager for an exciting 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This is a chance to bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative HR team, making a meaningful impact within a progressive organisation.   As a key player in the HR team, you'll manage end-to-end employee relations cases, offering expert guidance and innovative solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, including trade unions, drive improvements in HR processes, and provide data-driven insights to support organisational success.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full employee relations process, offering advice on complex cases.
  • Recommend and implement HR solutions to meet organisational needs.
  • Identify and execute process improvements across HR operations.
  • Support and contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and trade unions.
  • Update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Provide insights through analysis of HR data and trends.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in employee relations and case management.
  • A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle a varied workload.
  • Proven skills in influencing and engaging at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable.
  • A CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
