- Oversee the full employee relations process, offering advice on complex cases.
- Recommend and implement HR solutions to meet organisational needs.
- Identify and execute process improvements across HR operations.
- Support and contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and trade unions.
- Update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Provide insights through analysis of HR data and trends.
- Strong experience in employee relations and case management.
- A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle a varied workload.
- Proven skills in influencing and engaging at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable.
- A CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
