Reed HR are seeking a dynamic HR Adviser to join a large public sector organisation based in Pontypridd This role is integral to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with the organisations goals. 6 -12 Months Contract - 33.3 hours a week 

Day to Day of the role:
  • Provide expert guidance and advice throughout the full employee journey, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coach managers in early resolution and formal employee relations concerns to support a thriving work environment.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively address HR matters.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Support the promotion of well-being, diversity, and a shared sense of belonging, while contributing to effective change management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing generalist HR advice.
  • Proven ability to coach managers on employee relations and people matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional attitude with keen attention to detail.
