Looking for a new office-based role with immediate start?
Siamo Recruitment are looking for a Costs Administrator on a temporary, full-time basis, located in the County of Rhondda Cynon Taf, in South Wales!
The successful applicant will be working as part of a busy and dedicated team of office staff, liaising with suppliers, processing documents, and ensuring administration tasks are accurately completed. Working on a long-term, temporary basis, there is potential for this opportunity to become permanent in the future!
Hourly pay:Dependent on experience
The Role:
- Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork and documents
- Answering and responding to any queries related to costings
- Liaising with colleagues from other departments to collect accurate information
- Processing goods received notes on a daily basis
- Correcting any errors and matching notes on the system
- Ensuring accurate and up to date information on the internal database
- Using IT and administration systems
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Administrative experience
- Experience in cost administration would be beneficial
- IT and communication skills
