The Compliance Analyst role involves conducting ensuring compliance, monitoring activities, and formulating risk mitigation strategies within the Finance & Commercial department of an established manufacturing company to ensure compliance and risk are managed and reported accurately. Description

  • Ensuring compliance within the Finance & Commercial department.
  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Formulating effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify potential risks in operations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the success of implemented risk management strategies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends.
  • Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participating in regular departmental and company-wide meetings.
  • Supporting with training the wider team.

Profile

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role in Compliance, Risk, Internal Auditing or similar
  • A good understanding of compliance
  • A good understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications.
