- Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on pension risks, governance, and funding.
- Ensuring full compliance with legislation, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Leading a specialist pensions team, overseeing complex pension projects and audits.
- Engaging with trade unions, actuaries, pension providers, and finance teams to drive pension excellence.
- Driving pension awareness and engagement strategies to educate and empower employees.
