About the Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at gap personnel, you will take the lead in managing key client accounts, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match the needs of clients.
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and networking.
- Managing a high volume of vacancies across various industries.
- Delivering excellent customer service and providing recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a senior or consultant role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in business development and new client acquisition.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive, driven, and self-motivated attitude.
